Biohacking is the practice of making intentional changes to your body through, diet, supplements, lifestyle, or evironmental changes to optimize your lifespan, healthspan, and well-being, or "happyspan" as I call it. Many advocates maintain it can be used to not only slow aging but can reverse aging. Biohacking uses science, technology and self-experimentation to experience optimum health and longevity. In this section we will explore biohacking from the perspective of practicioners, methods, and effects, both positive and negative. In general, I am not a huge fan of current biohacking accept in the area of lifestyle enhancement. However, it is important to me in this website to feature all issues of significance in longevity. Biohacking has it's place.

Dave Asprey - the father of biohacking

If you do any research on biohacking you will very quickly run across the name, Dave Asprey. He dominates the field with his businesses, books, podcast,and conferences he promotes. He is obviouly making a fortune from his enteprenurial efforts but is their legitamate science and results behind his showmanship?  You will need to make that determination by exploring  the underlined clickable resources on this page. May you "live forever" as a result!  [Don't count on it!]

Is this man ever going to die? Not anytime soon, if his biohacking routine works and he doesn't run out luck or money. He made millions now he is spending it on extending his life and others through his longevity business. This is his daily routine.
