Our Positive AGER Day [PAD]

Yes, another acronym, but a powerful one. Your PAL, Positive AGER Lifestyle is composed of bricks stacked up daily on a foundation, your PAD - Positive AGER Day.  From the moment you wake up until you turn the light off at night, the bricks you accumulate will contribute to the strength of your lifespan, healthspan, and happyspan, all components of a PAL. 

On this page you will learn about the importance of a morning routine and get some ideas for creating or improving yours.  An effective start on your day, at whatever hour you begin it will determine the way the day unfolds and your progress towards fulfilling your life goals and purpose.

I encourage you to examine what many successful AGERs are doing to begin each day and how you can build a launching PAD of your own. Pick and choose the elements that are right for you. Experiment with different routines until you find the match you want to carry you forward. That's how I found mine.
