Oprah's Podcast on Gray Divorce

I like this video because it provides a combination of professional advice and shared experiences of those going through the gray divorce process. As always, Oprah moves between the two camps, clarifying, questioning, and adding her own observations. If you are over 50 and considering a divorce it is a great place to start learning about what is coming and how to cope.

Gretchen Baskerville, hosts a general divorce support channel with a Christian perspective. She has a separate section devoted to gray divorce. The title is Why Does it Happen: One Woman's Story. While I usually avoid sites with a religious focus, this one is centered on the realities of gray divorce and the experiences of real agers, not on promoting church doctrine. If you are more comfortable with a Christian viewpoint rather than secular, this site is for you.
